Instructions to the meeting point was clear. It was easy to find. There was a lady scanning and selling tickets and then helping board passengers. If time is not an issue, would highly recommend. On the day we used the service, Rome traffic was terrible. We arrived quite late at our hotel and almost lost our booking.

Found this last minute! So easy to find and cheap! No fuss, the staff was nice! And you drive through rome and get to see all the sights again, good way to end the trip to Rome! Highly recommend but book wd plenty of time to your desired arrival at airport because even if it leaves on time, traffic in Italy can be mad! Not the bus drivers fault! So handy! Glad I found this! Bus was airconditioned and comfy, wifi was great.

Once we worked out where the bus stop was at the airport it was easy to find. The reps didn’t speak very good English and I don’t speak very good Italian so communication was difficult but we got there in the end and the bus terminal was only a 20 minute walk to the hotel so very convenient for us. Value for money - would definitely recommend as taxis and train fare is very expensive! Taxi from Fiumicino to Rome 2Adults 2children and 4 small cases would of been €70 both ways!
